These terms govern your use of Foljare and the products we sell. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them, so please give them a read — they're written to be understood, not to hide things.

1. What we sell

Foljare sells software and a supporting API service: the SMMservices WordPress plugin, the Nyborjaren WordPress theme (as part of the Plugin + Theme bundle), and lookup credits that power the plugin's live profile search. We do not sell followers, likes or any social media engagement — stores built with our software source their fulfilment from their own third-party providers.

2. Licenses & accounts

  • A license is a one-time purchase that permits use of the software on a limited number of domains (free trial and Plugin: 1 · Bundle: 2). Each API key locks to the first domain it is used on.
  • Licenses include software updates for as long as the license is active. Hosted AI features (comments and support chat) are exclusive to the bundle and subject to a monthly usage allowance.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential. Keys may not be shared, published or resold.
  • The free trial provides the full plugin for 14 days for evaluation. One trial per customer.

3. Credits

Lookup credits are consumed when the plugin fetches a public profile (1 credit per profile lookup). Credits never expire, are tied to your account, and are not transferable. Optional auto-refill adds a pack automatically each cycle and can be cancelled at any time. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase; consumed credits are not.

4. Your responsibilities as a store owner

  • You operate your own store: you choose your fulfilment provider, set your prices, and are responsible for your own customers, terms, refunds and legal compliance in your market.
  • You are responsible for the relationship with your SMM provider, including its costs, balance and the quality of what it delivers.
  • You will not use the software or the API for anything illegal, to harm others, or in ways designed to abuse the credit system or circumvent licensing.

5. The lookup API & availability

We aim to keep the lookup API available around the clock, but like any API that depends on upstream data sources, occasional interruptions can occur. We monitor availability continuously and publish status information. Planned maintenance is announced when feasible. The API may not be used outside the plugin or in ways that circumvent metering.

6. Refunds & cancellations

Because licenses are digital goods delivered instantly — and a full free trial exists precisely so you can evaluate before paying — refunds follow our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Auto-refill subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with immediate effect on future cycles.

7. Intellectual property

The plugin and theme are licensed, not sold. You may use, and modify for your own sites, the copies you licensed. You may not redistribute, resell or republish the software itself (customised or not) without written permission. Trademarks and branding remain ours.

8. Disclaimers & liability

Foljare is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or their parent companies. You and your customers use those platforms under the platforms' own terms, at your own discretion. The software is provided as described; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you make a purchase is the one that applies to that purchase; material changes to ongoing services are announced to account holders.
