Refund Policy
Our promise is simple: you get what you ordered, or you get your money back. Most refunds at Foljare happen automatically — our system detects failed and partial deliveries on its own and refunds them without you ever needing to ask.
1. Automatic refunds
Every order is monitored after dispatch. If an order fails completely, the full amount is refunded automatically. If an order can only be partially delivered, the undelivered portion is refunded proportionally. In both cases you receive an email and the refund is issued to your original payment method — typically appearing within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
2. When you're entitled to a refund
- The order was never delivered.
- The order was only partially delivered (proportional refund of the missing part).
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The order has not started within 24 hours and support cannot resolve it.
3. When a refund isn't available
- The order was fully delivered as described.
- The wrong @handle or post was provided at checkout and the order has been delivered to it.
- Delivery failed because the account was private, renamed, deleted or banned during delivery.
- Engagement dropped after a completed delivery — that's handled by the free refill guarantee instead, which tops up drops at no cost.
4. Cancelling an order
Because delivery typically starts within about 60 seconds of payment, an order can only be cancelled before delivery has begun. If you ordered by mistake, open the support chat immediately — if delivery hasn't started, we'll cancel and refund in full.
5. How to request a refund
Open the support chat (bottom-right corner on any page) and have your order number plus the billing email from checkout ready. The agent can see your order's exact delivery status live — including the per-post breakdown — and resolve refund requests on the spot. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method; we don't offer store credit unless you prefer it.
6. A note on chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — almost every issue is resolved faster (usually within minutes) in the chat. Chargebacks filed on fully delivered orders are contested with our delivery logs.
