One website per plan: your SaaS account starts on the Starter plan with one API key, locked to the first domain you use it on. Running the plugin on additional websites requires extra keys, which are unlocked by upgrading your SaaS plan (Basic, Medium or Max) — a one-time upgrade fee, not a recurring charge.

Do I need technical skills to run this?
No. Installation is a normal WordPress plugin upload, configuration is one settings page with clear tabs, and the storefront is two shortcodes. If something is misconfigured, the admin shows you exactly what and where.
Where do the followers and likes come from?
From YOUR provider. You connect any standard SMM panel API (the common "api/v2" format) with your own key. You buy at panel rates and set your own retail prices — the plugin even calculates your real margin per order in Analytics.
How do I make money with this?
You set retail prices via WooCommerce products. A customer pays you e.g. 1.00 kr per like; your panel might charge a fraction of that. The spread is your margin — visible per service in the built-in analytics, automatically.
What happens when orders fail or followers drop?
Automatically handled. Failed/partial orders are detected and refunded by an hourly check. Dropped followers are topped back up by the daily refill-guarantee job, the customer gets an email, and the refill history shows on their tracking page.
Can I use the plugin with my existing theme?
Yes — Product 1 is exactly that. The widget ships with its own self-contained styling and looks great on any theme. Product 2 adds the Nyborjaren theme for a fully matching storefront.
Can I change how the store looks?
Yes — both products ship with six complete design styles (Aurora, Minimal, Brutalist, Earthy, Terminal, Glass). The theme switches in Customizer → Theme Style; the plugin widget switches in its settings. Pick the same style on both and the whole store matches.
What does the AI support chat cost to run?
It runs on your own Anthropic API key, pay-as-you-go — typically pennies per conversation. You choose the model, the languages and the greeting in the admin, you can read every transcript, and you can turn it off entirely with one toggle.
Is this a subscription?
The plugin and theme are a one-time purchase with updates. Separately, profile lookups (the @handle search) run on credits — see the credit packages above — and your SMM panel charges you per fulfilled order.
How do credits work?
Each live @handle/profile lookup (Instagram, TikTok or YouTube) uses 1 credit from your account balance. Credits never expire — buy a package whenever your balance runs low from inside your account dashboard.
Can I run the plugin on more than one website?
Each plan includes a set number of API keys, and each key locks itself to the first domain it's used on (Starter = 1 key/site, Basic = 2, Medium = 4, Max = unlimited). To run the plugin on additional sites, generate an extra key by upgrading your SaaS plan from your account dashboard — a one-time fee, not a subscription.
