Privacy Policy

Last updated: juni 11, 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Foljare collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it. The short version: we collect only what's needed to deliver your order and run the store, we never ask for your social media password, and we never sell your data.

1. Information we collect

When you place an order we collect:

  • Your public social media @handle and the public posts/videos you select — needed to deliver the service you ordered.
  • Your name and email address — used for the order confirmation, delivery updates and your live tracking link.
  • Payment is handled by our payment providers over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.

We never ask for — and you should never share — your social media password or login credentials. Orders are delivered using public information only.

2. How we use your information

  • To deliver, track and (where covered by our guarantee) refill your orders.
  • To send transactional emails: order confirmations, delivery notices and refill notifications.
  • To provide customer support, including looking up your orders when you contact us in the support chat.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations such as bookkeeping requirements.

3. What we never do

  • We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
  • We never request access to your social media account.
  • We never publish or disclose what you ordered. Charges appear under a neutral descriptor on your bank statement.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with service providers who are necessary to run the store: payment processors (to take payment), email delivery services (to send your confirmations) and the delivery infrastructure used to fulfil orders (which only receives the public link/handle and quantity — never your contact details). Each provider may only use the data to perform its service for us.

5. Data retention

Order records are kept as long as required by accounting and tax law. Support chat conversations are kept only as long as needed to handle your case and improve support quality. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time — see your rights below.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR if you are in the EU/EEA), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us — we respond to all requests within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart and session working and to understand how the site is used. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to control them.
