How do I place an order?

Type your public @handle in the order widget on the front page, pick a service (likes, followers, auto-likes or comments), choose the amount with the slider — or type the exact number — select the posts or videos you want boosted, and check out. The whole thing takes about 30 seconds.

Do you need my password?

Never. We only need your public @handle to see your profile and posts — the same things anyone can see. We will never ask for your password, login or any private information, and you should never give those to anyone.

Can I split likes across several posts?

Yes. Pick your total amount first, then tap as many posts (or TikTok videos) as the amount allows — the total is split evenly between them and you can see the per-post amount on each thumbnail before paying.

Does my account need to be public?

Yes — your profile must be public while the order is being delivered so we can see the posts and deliver to them. You can switch back to private once the order is complete.

Do I need to create an account?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is still worth it: you get an order dashboard, social growth stats over time, and faster reordering.

How fast is delivery?

Delivery typically starts within 60 seconds of payment. Larger orders are delivered progressively — as a rule of thumb, around 1,000 units every few minutes. You can watch it happen live on your tracking page.

How do I track my order?

Every order gets a live tracking page with per-item progress bars that refresh automatically. The link is on your order confirmation page and in your confirmation email — it works even if you checked out as a guest.

What is gradual delivery?

Instead of arriving all at once, your order is spread out over time (you choose how many days) so the growth looks organic. It's a small add-on fee at checkout and great for larger amounts.

What if my followers or likes drop later?

Orders are covered by our refill guarantee. We automatically re-check delivered orders, and if counts drop below tolerance we top them up for free — you'll get an email when a refill runs.

My order seems stuck — what do I do?

First check the live tracking page — large orders are delivered in waves, so short pauses are normal. If nothing has moved for a few hours, open the support chat (bottom-right corner) and the agent can look up the order live with your order number and email.

Is this safe for my account?

Yes. We never log in to your account, never ask for a password, and only interact with public content — the same way any visitor would. Hundreds of thousands of orders have been delivered this way without issues.

What's the difference between Standard and Premium quality?

Standard delivers solid, good-looking engagement at the best price. Premium comes from higher-quality profiles with profile pictures and posts of their own — ideal when you want the boost to hold up to a close look.

Will anyone know I bought engagement?

No. There's no badge, tag or notification of any kind. Orders appear as ordinary engagement, and with gradual delivery the growth curve looks completely natural.

Is buying likes and followers allowed?

Boosting engagement is a widely used growth tactic — from individual creators to major brands. We deliver via public interactions only and never do anything that requires access to your account.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major cards and the local payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed over an encrypted, SSL-secured connection — we never see or store your card details.

What does the charge look like on my statement?

The charge appears under a neutral company descriptor — nothing on your bank statement mentions likes or followers. Contact support if you don't recognise a charge from Foljare.

Can I get a refund?

If an order fails or can only be partially delivered, it's detected automatically and refunded without you needing to ask. For anything else, open the support chat — undelivered orders are always refundable. See our Refund Policy for the full details.

What is VIP membership?

VIP gives you a discount on every order for 30 days plus free instant-delivery priority. You can add it to any order at checkout — it usually pays for itself within a couple of orders.
