What exactly am I buying?
A WordPress plugin (SMMservices) that turns your WooCommerce site into an automated store for selling Instagram, TikTok & YouTube growth services — and optionally the matching Nyborjaren theme with six switchable designs. You sell to your customers, fulfil through your own provider, and keep the margin. We never sell followers or likes ourselves.
What do I need to run it?
A WordPress site with WooCommerce, a free account here (which gives you the API key for the live @handle lookups), and an account with any standard SMM provider panel for fulfilment. That's it — no coding, no servers, no monthly platform fee.
How long does setup take?
Most stores are live the same day. The plugin installs like any other, a Get Started checklist walks you through connecting your key and provider, and the storefront is a single shortcode — the checklist even creates the pages for you with one click.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes, properly: create a free account and you get 14 days with the full plugin unlocked — no card required. There's also a live demo store you can click around, running the exact plugin and theme you'd buy.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Everything is configured from one tabbed settings page in your WordPress admin. If you can install a plugin and paste two API keys, you can run this store.
Licensing & pricing
Is this a subscription?
No. The plugin and the Plugin + Theme bundle are one-time purchases with free updates. The only ongoing cost is lookup credits (see below) and whatever your own provider charges you per fulfilled order.
What's the difference between the Plugin and the Bundle?
The Plugin license is the complete store engine and works with any theme. The Bundle adds the Nyborjaren theme (six designs, ready-made pages) and unlocks the hosted AI — comment writing and the 24/7 support chat — which is exclusive to bundle customers and needs no API key of your own.
How many sites can I use a license on?
Each API key locks to its first domain: the free trial and the Plugin license cover 1 site, the Bundle covers 2. Need more sites? That's a one-time upgrade, not a subscription.
What happens when the trial ends?
The plugin's lookups stop working until you buy a license — nothing is deleted, and your settings, products and order history stay exactly as they were. Buy at any point and it picks up where it left off.
Do I get updates?
Yes — the plugin checks for updates from our portal and installs them from your WordPress admin like any other plugin, for as long as your license is active. New features (recent examples: loyalty points, a referral program, monthly growth-report emails) are included.
Credits & lookups
What are credits and why do I need them?
When your customer types their @handle, the plugin fetches their public profile and posts through our lookup API — that costs 1 credit per profile lookup. Credits are the only running cost of the platform and they never expire. Bigger packs cost less per credit.
What happens if I run out of credits?
New profile lookups pause until you top up — existing orders, tracking and everything else keep working. You get a low-balance email before it happens, and you can enable auto-refill so a credit pack is added automatically each billing cycle.
Do browsing customers burn my credits?
No — only the initial profile lookup charges a credit, results are cached, and the plugin rate-limits lookups per IP so bots can't drain your balance.
Features & fulfilment
Where do the followers and likes actually come from?
From your own SMM provider panel — you connect any standard panel API with your key. You buy at wholesale, set your own retail prices, and the plugin shows your true margin per order based on what the provider actually charged.
What can my customers order?
Instagram: followers, likes, auto-likes, comments, Reels and Stories. TikTok: followers, likes, views, comments, shares/saves, story views/likes and live viewers. YouTube: views, likes, subscribers and comments. Everything with quality tiers, country targeting and instant or gradual delivery — and you switch any service on or off per store.
What does the AI in the bundle do?
Two things. AI comments: Claude looks at each photo a customer selected and writes natural, on-topic comments in the customer's language (40+ supported). AI support chat: a 24/7 agent that answers with your real prices and live order data, transfers between departments and logs transcripts. It runs hosted through our portal — you never need your own AI key. Bundle plans include 2,000 AI requests per month.
How does the store keep customers coming back?
The retention stack is built in: loyalty points earned on every order and spent at checkout, a refer-a-friend program (friend gets a first-order discount, referrer earns points), monthly follower-growth report emails, reorder reminders, verified reviews with a display shortcode, VIP membership, bundles and checkout upsells.
What happens when an order fails or followers drop?
Failed and partial orders are detected and refunded to your customer automatically. Delivered follower orders are covered by an automatic refill guarantee — a daily job re-checks counts and tops up drops through your provider. Backup service IDs can take over if a provider service runs dry.
Payments & refunds
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards and the local methods shown at checkout, processed over an encrypted connection by our payment providers — we never see or store your card details.
Can I get a refund on a license?

Are credits refundable?
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Used credits (consumed by lookups) are not, since the lookup cost is incurred immediately.
