Terms
These terms govern your use of Foljare and the services we sell. By placing an order you agree to them, so please give them a read — they're written to be understood, not to hide things.
1. The service
Foljare sells social media engagement services — such as likes, followers, auto-likes and comments — for public Instagram and TikTok accounts. Delivery is performed using publicly available information only: we never request, require or accept your account password or login credentials.
2. Your responsibilities
- You may only order services for accounts and content that you own, manage, or have permission to promote.
- The target account must be public for the duration of delivery. Orders to private, deleted or banned accounts cannot be delivered.
- You provide the correct @handle and select the correct posts. Orders delivered to the handle you entered are considered fulfilled.
- You will not use our services for content that is illegal, hateful or infringes the rights of others.
3. Orders, pricing & payment
All prices are shown before checkout, including any optional add-ons (such as gradual delivery, instant priority or VIP membership) you select. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed, at which point delivery normally begins within minutes.
4. Delivery
Delivery usually starts within about 60 seconds of payment and proceeds progressively; larger orders take longer to complete. Every order includes a live tracking page. Stated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — platform conditions outside our control can occasionally slow things down. If an order cannot be delivered at all, it is refunded (see our Refund Policy).
5. Refill guarantee
Eligible orders are covered by our refill guarantee: we periodically re-check delivered orders, and if engagement drops below tolerance during the guarantee window we top it up again free of charge. The guarantee does not cover drops caused by you (e.g. deleting the post, renaming or privating the account) or by platform-wide purges affecting the entire industry.
6. Refunds & cancellations
Failed and partially delivered orders are detected automatically and refunded proportionally. Because delivery starts almost immediately, an order can only be cancelled before delivery has begun. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to harass or harm others, to target accounts you have no rights over, to resell in violation of these terms, or to attempt to defraud us (including chargebacks on delivered orders). We may refuse or cancel (with refund) any order at our discretion.
8. Disclaimers & liability
Foljare is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok or their parent companies. Social platforms' own terms apply to your use of those platforms, and you order at your own discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
